• eSIM: An embedded Subscriber Identity Module, a digital SIM card that allows you to activate a cellular plan from your carrier without using a physical nano-SIM.
• Equipment: Physical products such as phones, headsets, and other electronic devices.
• We/Us/Our: Refers to Platinum Telecom, the owner and operator of the Site.
• You/Your: Refers to you, the user of the Site and purchaser of products.

2. Product-Specific Terms

2.1 eSIM Products

• 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If the eSIM does not work and you have provided us a reasonable opportunity to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, you are entitled to a full refund of the eSIM purchase price.
• Troubleshooting Requirement: To be eligible for a refund, you must cooperate with our customer support team in diagnosing and attempting to fix any problems with the eSIM.
• Refund Process: If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days.

2.2 Equipment Products

• 1 Year Limited Warranty: Equipment products are covered by a 1 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
• Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.
• Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with proof of purchase and a description of the problem.

3. General Terms
